Working Alone – Keep Safe

An updated free HSE leaflet is now available to download.  The leaflet provides advice and guidance on how to keep lone workers healthy and safe, aimed at anyone who employs or engages lone workers.

Following the advice and guidance in the leaflet is not compulsory, but it should help duty holders decide what they need to do to comply with their legal duties towards lone workers under:

– the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974; and

– the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
